SHIPPING
Shipments within Italy are made via Poste Italiane courier. Delivery is made within 5 working days from order confirmation and costs €7.90.
Shipments within Europe (EU countries) are made with DHL courier. The order is delivered within 10 working days from order confirmation and costs €15.00.
When your package is shipped, you will receive an email from our courier containing the tracking number to track your shipment.
Upon receiving the package, please check that the packaging is intact and, in case of tampering, we ask you to refuse the package directly to the courier, indicating the reason on the shipping documents. This will help us manage the return process.
Shipping is always free for orders over €150.00.
All orders received by December 22, 2025, can be returned no later than January 7, 2026.
RETURNS
If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item purchased on MCS, you can return it within fourteen (14) days of receiving the items to obtain a refund, following the steps described below. Replacement service is not available. Size and/or color exchange.
Returns are always free: you can return your items at no cost, simply and quickly.
Goods must be returned in their original condition to be accepted as a return. Goods must not have been worn or washed and must therefore be in a condition to be resold. Returned items must be accompanied by all packaging, tags, all related accessories, and instruction booklets. No refund will be made for incomplete, damaged, or dirty returned items.
MCS will pursue to the fullest extent permitted by law any fraudulent activity, including, without limitation, any attempt to cancel or request a refund for a valid charge for an order that has been properly completed and delivered, not subject to the right of return.

HOW TO RETURN GOODS
You can request a return through the following link: https://mcs-apparel.shipping-portal.com/rp/ within 14 days of delivery. The return label will be sent via email at the end of the procedure.
Or, if you have already started the above procedure but want to reschedule the package pickup (for Italy), you can do so via the official Poste Italiane website by clicking this link: https://www.poste.it/prenota-ritiri/index.html#!/iniziare
You just need to provide the Waybill number found on the previously downloaded return label.
Attach the return label to the package from which you have removed any delivery shipment labels, and at this point, you can wait for the courier pickup or deliver the package to the chosen drop-off point.
Please remember that size and/or color and model exchanges are NOT allowed, and only online returns are possible.
Prepare the package carefully by placing the items in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Close the package and remember to affix the label that will be sent to you by our courier on the outside. Now the package is ready... You just have to wait for the courier to pick it up.
Done! Return completed! The refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the return at our warehouses, using the same payment method used to place the order.
