MCS accepts Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express credit cards. You can also pay securely with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. In all the cases mentioned above, the order amount is charged at the time of purchase.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is always free for orders over €150.00. Deliveries in Italy are made within 5 business days and cost €7.90. Deliveries in Europe take 10/30 business days, depending on the area, and cost €15.00.

 

HOW CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?

Discount codes are valid exclusively for purchases made on the website www.mcs.com, for one-time use unless otherwise indicated, and cannot be applied to products that are already discounted, on sale, or on promotion.

Discounts may be used exclusively on full-price items and cannot be combined with other ongoing offers. We invite you to check the specific conditions of each discount code before using it, as additional restrictions may apply.

Discount codes have a specific validity period. Make sure to use your discount code before it expires to take advantage of the offer.

To apply a discount code, enter it in the "Discount code or gift card" field on the payment page and click "Apply".

 

CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE?

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can access the return procedure. Please note that returns are always free. If you purchased as an unregistered user, you can submit a return request by clicking here. If you purchased as a registered user, you can request a return from your account by clicking the Request a return menu. After you complete the online return form, customer service will contact you to confirm your request and provide you with the pickup information.

 

CAN I REQUEST AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?

Of course! To request an invoice, contact our Customer Service before the scheduled shipping date. Please remember to provide the following mandatory information: Order N., Company name, VAT number, and PEC or Recipient Code (required for sending the invoice).

MCS GIFT CARD

What is the MCS Gift Card and where can it be used?

The MCS Gift Card is a prepaid digital voucher that can be purchased exclusively online at www.mcs.com and used to purchase any product available on the website. It is not valid in physical stores or at third-party retailers. Only one can be used per order, and it can also be spent over multiple purchases until the balance is exhausted.

 

How do I purchase and send a Gift Card?

Choose the desired amount, complete the form with the sender's and recipient's details, an optional message, and the sending date. You can send it directly to the recipient by email or to yourself to deliver in person. After payment is completed, the unique Gift Card code will be sent to the specified email address. The voucher is immediately active and ready to use.

 

How long is the Gift Card valid and how can I check the balance?

The Gift Card is valid for 24 months from the purchase date. After that, any remaining balance can no longer be used or refunded. The available balance will be displayed automatically at checkout once the Gift Card code has been entered.

 

Can I return a Gift Card or a product purchased with it?

Products purchased with a Gift Card may be returned according to MCS's return policies: you will receive a digital voucher valid for 12 months. If the purchase was also paid for using another method, the refund will be divided accordingly.

 

Are there any usage restrictions?

• Yes. Gift Cards:
  - Cannot be purchased using discount codes or promotions.
  - Cannot be refunded, divided into multiple codes, or converted into cash.
  - Cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
  - In the event of loss, theft, or improper use, they cannot be blocked, replaced, or refunded.
