The MCS Gift Card can be used at any time, for the full value or a partial amount, exclusively for online purchases on the official website www.mcs.com. It is not valid at physical stores, outlets, or third-party retailers.
How does it work?
- Choose the amount you want to give.
- Decide who to send the gift card to:
a. directly to the recipient, with a personalized email containing the code to use at checkout;
b. or to yourself, so you can hand it over personally whenever you want. - Fill in the form with the recipient’s details and choose the sending date.
- Complete the purchase.
The MCS Gift Card is valid for 24 months from the purchase date and can be used for multiple orders until the balance is exhausted, including in combination with other payment methods. Using multiple Gift Cards in a single transaction is not supported: only one Gift Card can be used per order.
The value and balance of the Gift Card are expressed in euros, and the card can only be used for transactions made in that currency. Purchasing, activating, or using the MCS Gift Card implies acceptance of the relevant General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Use, available in the dedicated section of the website www.mcs.com/policies/terms-of-service.
The Gift Card cannot be purchased with discounts or promotions, or by using another Gift Card. It has no issuance fees. It is non-refundable, cannot be converted into cash, and cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft, or damage, except as provided by applicable law.
If the order exceeds the value of the gift card, only the difference will be paid. If the value is lower, the remaining balance can be used for another purchase, and the remaining balance will be shown at checkout.
